Bourne Pines is managed by two committees: Bourne Pines Flat Management Limited and the Freeholders of Bourne Pines Limited. Both of the committees are made up of flat owners who live at Bourne Pines and meet monthly. Once all shares of the Freehold are sold the two committees will merge in to one.
