Annual General Meetings for both committees are held in July/August to discuss any queries or concerns as well as new ideas.

The committees invite all flat owners and tenants to annual BBQ’s/’End of summer parties’ etc which has seen the start of many friendships.

In 2022  a very successful Jubilee celebration party was held for our late Queen Elizabeth ll

In 2023 we are planning a lunch party in May to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles lll
